Easy to find and drive to. Easy to park. The site says limited parking but I found there to be plenty of parking (Sunday evening). I stayed over night for ease of picking up a passenger arriving at Heathrow Airport. Staff super helpful and friendly, in particular with the car parking procedure. The room was much much nicer than I was expecting and for a great price. Breakfast easy to locate where to attend. Lots of amenities including a bar, a coffee shop and restaurant amount others. Pretty building too. I will be staying again

Rooms are great, we always stay here if we are flying the next day or we have an event in the area. Check in is good with a lot of self service machines so no queueing. I am astonished at the price of the car park for one night for a paying guest- Β£21.90! Absolutely crazy money for literally a fully automated self service thing. The real bad point for this stay was that the room above us seemed to be jumping up and down all night long and it was really loud in our room. None of us got any sleep, tried banging on the ceiling and then went to complain at reception but it didn’t stop, so I guess nothing was done. If we were to stay again it would have to be a guaranteed top floor room so there isn’t anybody above us. I will probably look elsewhere to see the costs of the slightly better hotels where parking is included.

This was the first time staying in a PI property and although it the lobby area looks like a motorway service area, I was pleasantly surprised. I had booked a Premier Plus room as it wasn't much more expensive. The welcome upon arrival as well as the check-out was very friendly. The room itself was nicely proportioned and I appreciated the desk and the separate grooming area. The coffee machine, chocolates, Pukka teas and still and sparkling mineral water were such a nice touch. In addition, I found that the coffee cups and glasses were stylish and just added to that element of attention to detail. The room and bathroom looked very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The cons (hence why I knocked off one star for "Rooms" was that I could hear movement on the floorboards above me which I found unusual for a purpose-built hotel. The shower pressure was a little low (not terrible) and the toilet roll holder was almost falling off the wall. That said, I have already booked my next stay here.

My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast service, I was genuinely surprised at the generous amount of options there were for food and drink, with quality and quantity both well assured. Sadly the bedroom was a bit disappointing, when first checking in, there was a horrible chemical smell as the room had recently been cleaned with what I could only guess was a lot of chemical sprays. This left my partner and I coughing for a few hours. There were also no spare outlets to charge necessary devices whatsoever, which seemed odd for such a well established hotel chain to lack. Otherwise though, it was a pleasant 1-night visit and I would certainly stop here again if I needed to stay the night somewhere in the area.

Good place to spend the night if you have a flight out of the airport next day. Plenty of forms of transportation to get you to and from the airport. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The rooms are decent, they could do with a revamp and some better cleaning but those aren't issues that would keep me from booking a room at this hotel again. My biggest gripe with this hotel is that the heating in the room was barely sufficient. It was lukewarm at best and even setting the temperature to the highest setting didn't do a thing. It was pretty cold outside at about 6Β°C so heating was definitely an issue.

A budget hotel that provides the essentials at a price cheaper than most. The beds are comfortable and the rooms not as cramped as the Ibis, but far from luxurious. The shower is an over the bath add on rather than a walk in cubicle, just one hard seated chair, no sockets near the bed, no clock, and the heating didn't seem to work. But on the plus side it was warm enough, the room was clean (if a little tired) and for a one night airport stopover it's all you need. And for the price, to be honest, you won't do better. The restaurant is not bad - typical pub food standard with a good choice of dishes and pleasant surroundings. There is a meal deal - any two courses plus a drink for about Β£27 - which isn't bad at all for a London airport location. Altogether, very good value. Nothing fancy, cheap and cheerful, all you really need and better than the Ibis.

Lovely calm welcoming atrium. Just perfect after a stressful day. The room was spotlessly clean with the basic. We ate in the Thyme restaurant which was a pleasant ding experience. Our waiter Nico was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and very good value for money. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. Would recommend to friends.

I stayed one night in this hotel prior to flying from Heathrow. The staff were attentive whilst using the check-in machine. Paying for parking was simple (Β£15 per night for hotel guests). The hallways looked tired and the walls were marked with lines presumably from guest’s luggage. The room was typical Premier Inn style. Surfaces were clean. In general the room still felt tired and could do with freshening up. The bathroom had small areas of black mould around the door frame and the shower head. The bed was comfy and I was not disturbed by airport noise. The air conditioning worked well. The lobby is large and has a bar, restaurant and Costa. I purchased one drink at the bar and used the free public WiFi to work on my laptop in a nice secluded booth. Ultimately this property has everything you need and the price is right if you book in advance. I would stay again but it would be nice to see the place given a lick of paint.
