   I attended a company Christmas party at Cognito this year. We did a sushi making masterclass and it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the team at Cognito made us feel welcome. The restaurant is stunning, and we were seated at the bar. It was intimate and private enough to feel special, but also spacious enough to accommodate our team members, collaborators, and suppliers comfortably. The sushi making masterclass was led by Cognito's head chef. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything, even down to where the fish had been caught. You could tell he took a lot of pride in his work. He taught us how to make a variety of different types of sushi rolls and encouraged us to get creative. We got to work with various different fish and interesting ingredients, many of which were new to several members of our group. The quality of everything we used was exceptional and there was so much choice! If you're looking for a unique venue for a corporate event, team celebration, or just want to try something different for a special occasion, I cannot recommend Cognito's masterclass experience highly enough. It's engaging, educational, delicious, and memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Cognito for making our Christmas party one we'll be talking about well into 2026! Would definitely recommend and will be back. :)

   one of my new favourite places to go! went on a date with my partner and we had a great time. We ordered various types of dishes like the scallops, nigiri and maki. everything was well made and presented wonderfully. I highly recommend the Charlie Zin White Zinfandel Rose, it was incredibly fresh and crisp

   We had Sunday dinner at Cognito. The food was spotless — delicious and fresh, with tuna that just melted in the mouth. The service was quick, and we had a lovely small talk with Tyler, who was extremely friendly and helpful. During our visit, the weather kept changing, and we got to experience the roof opening and closing — clouds, a bit of rain, then sunshine. It actually added to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience. A small comment: the level of cleanliness could be improved.

   Excellent service no doubt. When it comes to taste a of Japan which they advertise, there's further to go. I understand the bend to western pallates yet a more daring approach might differentiate them from the kiosks in the area. Having said that, presentation really shows care involved in creation which genuinely adds to the experience.

   Can’t wait to come back. The food was absolutely delicious, the best we’ve had in a while. The crispy duck bau buns were amazing. Service was great, they all had something to recommend which is always helpful and they were all very attentive. Cocktails were fab and the service at the bar was very quick. 10 out of 10 :-)

   Lincoln needs this! The food I'd exceptional!! Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose among many options, I loved the service here the manager was very friendly and took the time to have a chat with us. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you love sushi.
