We had a walk along the picturesque Hebble and Calder canal then went into this very nice pub for lunch. It was a Monday afternoon and it was quiet....very quiet. We were the only customers! I ordered a BBQ chicken baguette which came with fabulous real chips, cheese and BBQ sauce. Served in a soft baguette with a little pot of coleslaw. It was delicious and very filling. I've included a photo to show how much I enjoyed it. We'll be back!

Nice pub at the side of the canal. Good selection of beers and the usual soft drinks and spirits. Ordered the jumbo hotdog that came with lovely home cut chips and fried onions. The sausage was a good foot long and came sticking out of both ends of a soft white baguette. Two little pots of mustard and ketchup were also on the plate. Hot and delicious. Will definitely call in again.

Absolutely amazing, staff were great, place was great and even accommodated a large party on short notice of another venue letting us down. Would recommend to anyone for drinks, food or bookings!! You don't get business owners in public houses like this anymore, Sam, Sharon and the team are a cut above the rest!

We stopped off for a bite and pint during our Sunday paddle. We had chip butties that were pretty good to be honest. I think the chips were double cooked making them crispy and tasty. The staff were polite and prompt and up for light hearted, fun banter.

Lovely place. Have not visited here in about 8 years and was very pleasantly surprised how much it had changed. Had a lovely sandwich and coffee then a walk on the cut. Highly recommend a visit lovely staff. See you again soon.

Popped in whilst walking my little dog in the rain and had a pint of coke and shared a bag of beef crisps with the little fella before setting out again. Seemed a really nice place as its staff were welcoming, its canal side so we happened upon it whilst walking and lots of seating outside for more summery weather. Vaguely remember playing in the beer garden playground as a sprog.

It was a very sunny day and the Navigation Inn has quite a sizeable terrace with children's play area adjoining the canal. Didn't actually go inside to sit but it looked very inviting. Certainly an ideal stop for canal boats with visitor moorings with rings. They have quite an expansive food menu with last orders about 8pm.
