   Visited with my father and three siblings. It was busy when we came - was given an approximate wait time of 20 minutes for a table but the wait time was more like 10 minutes. Amazing service, we initially were offered a table with dining chair seats inside but then asked if we preferred a booth type table in the corner which we declined. We weren't rushed to order which I appreciate and the food arrived promptly. One small issue (nothing to do with the staff) is that there's a menu item that isn't served currently but is still displayed on menus (number 25). My father wanted to order this but was told they don't do the dish anymore. Not an issue per se, just perhaps ensure it's marked off all menus to avoid disappointment. We finished all our food - I personally had an iced Spanish latte and chocolate croissant which was beautiful. The ambience was fantastic, a bustling atmosphere in which it didn't feel awkward to talk - perhaps lunch time isn't suitable for people wanting a quiet experience. But if you enjoy a lively atmosphere like myself, it was fab! I've been to Damascena before - both in central Birmingham and Moseley - and will be returning!

   Enis was our waiter and what an absolute delight he was. He is extremely polite, welcoming and honestly made our experience there so much more enjoyable. My husband and I have walked out of restaurants in the past due to the appalling service received but we will definitely be returning back here for Enis's service alone! Hope management see this and give him the recognition he deserves, he is an amazing worker and gives off an amazing energy which really does make your whole experience there better, even my husband agreed this guys service was outstanding and Enis brought a smile to him aswell... p.s food was lovely too!

   I’ve been visiting demascena for many years, their staff are always so warm & welcoming along with their exceptional variety of drinks & cosy atmosphere. Particularly love the authentic Middle Eastern decor, it definitely adds charm to your experience. Thanks to Mohammed for always accommodating me & my friends, your service is greatly appreciated!    We recently visited Damascina in Mosley Village, and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee. We also tried some Arabic sweets, which were delicious and complemented the coffee perfectly. A lovely little gem if you're looking for a calm, welcoming place to sit back and enjoy some quiet time.    Such amazing vibes! And the food is so good. We got the chicken shawarma and meze. They were easily the best Arab we've had. There's actually a lot of space inside and in the summer, it must be so nice! Try it! You'll love it!

   The flat breads were so delicious! The flavours were amazing and so so filling. I loved the busy atmosphere of the location as well. Only thing lacking was the dessert but would absolutely visit again!

   A really nice place and friendly staff too. Way it's design kind of opens up into various little corners and hidden spaces with lovely furniture and decoration. Food is great, lots of choices and decent portion sizes. Great range if pastries and cakes too. Spoilt for choice. Need to visit several times to work through menu. Oh, and great shakes too!

   Went here for brunch with friends (17.01.22) Lovely atmosphere, good food and customer service. The menu is a bit puzzling, so much variety! But the waiter was very helpful and explained a few items to us we didn't understand. I would recommend this place and will be going back again.
