   We were holding a fundraiser at the hall in High Ongar and asked for La Cucina to provide 30 pizzas plus chips for the event and they didn't disappoint. All ready on time and all hot. They went down a treat with so many compliments that I need to pass this on to La Cucina. I cannot thank you enough for the service and the food. Both were supreme. 5* as always.

   Always had a great meal here, whether as a couple or in a large group. Various group sizes can be accommodated including in a secluded 'private' room. Restaurant is clean and bright with happy attentive staff. Good menu ranging from pizzas to more 'complicated' Italian fare all served promptly. Sunday roasts provided and the full menu available for take-away.

   I got here with my family just by chance, and what a pleasant meal we had. The staff is very friendly and professional, with excellent customer service. The food was tasty and well presented,and it didn't take long between courses. The dessert was to die for, really nice. The best tiramisù I ever had. We are planning to return soon. We highly recommend this restaurant.

   Very cosy and clean restaurant with a very nice, attentive manager and good quality food and service, lots of choice on the menu and helpful regarding gluten free diet. Highly recommend the seared scallops, fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked.

   This place isn't being used as much as it deserves! Food is excellent, service is very good. We were there for lunch and only 3 tables being used, so atmosphere wasn't thrilling. I think it was just a quite day. I would certainly go more often if I lived nearer. Definitely recommend!
