   People in the shop are very nice. Pastry are very very good, sometimes they have even better cake and tart made by one of the owner of the shop. If you are into speciality coffee, this is the best of Manchester. They have coffee from different roasters around the would, they often have some very rare coffee in stock for drinking or purchase. Their espresso options are generous, I have tried a few lattle that taste like black forest gateau in the cup. There is always tons of options of coffee you can choose for filter, I wonder why they can remember the recipe for all those coffee. The last thing you can try is their hot chocolate made from single origin chocolate, it tastes very different from the big band chocolate. I would highly recommend this place.

   I don't normally go to Sale, but was on the way back to the car and saw this quaint coffee shop and bakery on the edge of the canal bridge, got some Sunday morning dark roast and a fresh baked seeded loaf... Wow, best coffee I've ever tasted and the bread is to die for! Spongy and a thick crust! Anyone in Sale, get yourself here, a lovely place and very friendly and helpful staff ❤️

   5 stars (obviously)! The best coffees and the best cakes/pastries I’ve ever had. The customer service is also amazing - Perry, Caitlin and the rest of the guys are always cheerful and go above and beyond to make sure you’re welcomed and leave happy.

   The best coffee I've tasted in a long long time with super pastries and fresh bread in the mornings. If you want to spoil yourself for lunch the Kimcheese is a proper treat. There's also great sandwiches with their sourdough and good local cheeses. Run by a friendly, knowledgeable team, it's one of my favourite places in Sale and a morning staple before work. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
