   Why is it that M&S cafe are so bad at running a cafe. In middlebrook the service is slow that you just avoid going altogether, and here in Manchester....yes lots of queue (standard) but when you order a salmon and poached egg on sourdough with avocado and it turns up on a saucer with no egg. The plate was all over the place as you try and cut into it and the eggs arrived 10 mins late. Coffee was good though.

   I really love this Cafe! As a tourist, I intentionally come back to visit this Cafe for the second time on my last day of this Manchester trip. By the way, I like M&S mango, pineapple & passion fruit smoothies with ice provided by the Cafe.

   My visit to the Marks & Spencer café was a wonderful experience! The food is very delicious, especially the cake, which has a unique and tasty flavor. The seating is comfortable and calm, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy some time. I will definitely come back to enjoy the great atmosphere and food again!

   Dining Experience @ Marks & Spencer Café. . Ambience is modern and functional. The brightly lit spacious area is neatly lined with simple furniture, with some seats offering power outlets for device charging. . Service is largely self-service, with ordering, payment, and collection over the counter. Diners also clean up after themselves. Staff accord each customer good attention and patiently answer queries, but this causes a longer wait for those in queue. . Food is focused on simple and easy British English meals, including light bites and popular favourites. Ingredients are fresh, dishes are healthy and tasty. Portions are sized for individuals. Prices are affordable, budget about GBP £10 per person. . A warm Tea Earl Grey (GBP £2.50) makes for a great calming beverage on cold rainy days... which are common here in Manchester, England. Love the elegant notes this carries. . The giant Fruit Scone (GBP £2.50) is warm and tasty, with the juicy chewy sultana raisins lending a burst of fruity sweet flavour to the buttery bready flavour of the scone. With its firm crumbly texture, this was delightful. . The Assorted Sandwich Selection (GBP £5) features 4 quarter sandwiches, each with a different filling. All so tasty.

   Popped in this cafe early afternoon (7th January) and ordered brunch. Food took about 10 minutes to arrive and was lukewarm when it did Usually this cafe is ok. It's a modern interior and pretty big too

   Arrived around 11ish. Quite bust, hard to find a seat. The food is always good. Recommend the avocado on toast! Service excellent. Does get busy at lunch obviously but well worth it.

   A well lit cafe thanks to the full length window. The cafe has the usual selection of nice food and pleasant staff. The only caveat I would offer is to watch where you sit and look at where the air conditioning vents are. They blow quite hard, so best to sit as far away from them as possible to avoid sitting in a draft. Can be a boon in a hot summer, but not so good when it’s already cold outside.
