Oli in particular has this effortless way of making the space feel welcoming, friendly, and his attentiveness is very wholesome. He remembers people’s preferences, checks in with guests thoughtfully, and the whole atmosphere runs smoothly under his watch. The drinks are consistently excellent, the service is efficient but personal, and there’s a calm, professional energy even during an influx. The first time I had the Turkish eggs with halloumi and sausage, then the second time I went for the chicken and pancakes, both were amazing. One visit was around 11am on a Saturday and there was about a 15-minute wait, but definitely worth it. The other time we went a bit later and got a table straight away. You can book ahead, but they also keep some tables for walk-ins. Staff are nice and friendly and really good to accommodate allergies too”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas breakfast at branch 14 this morning! The food, the atmosphere, the amount of effort put in by the amazing staff made the experience absolutely awesome for my 2 year-old granddaughter. Father Christmas went all out to make it a fabulous event for all the children who were there and it was a lovely touch when he came out to chat to each child individually especially for the little boy who was initially a little overawed by the meeting! Very special day, and the individual gift boxes are just the icing on the cake, to be honest I can't see how they can do all this for the price. Super good value!! I highly recommend this gorgeous little family run coffee shop!”

Really good and flavourful coffee that is well priced for central Manchester, nice vibes and place to chill though it is quite small so seating is limited especially if you want a table. Baristas are nice and knowledgeable about all the difference beans as well”
