“Picked up a sandwich and coffee here just now. All standard Costa fare as you might expect. The purpose of this review is just to say how genuinely friendly the two young servers were. A credit to your business. I hope you reward them well.”

It is a very nice Costa to take a break in and watch the shoppers walk by. The staff were very friendly, they cleared and cleaned my table for me. “Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“I visited the Starbucks at Television House in Manchester and really liked the place. It’s in a convenient city centre location, easy to reach and perfect for a quick coffee break or to relax for a while. The café was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and polite, and my order was served quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant — nice background music, good lighting, and a calm vibe even though it’s usually quite busy during rush hours. There’s free Wi-Fi and enough seating for short stays, though it can get crowded at times. Overall, a nice spot for a coffee in the heart of Manchester. I’d rate it 4 out of 5 for its service, cleanliness, and location.”

By far the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in Manchester. Other locations could definitely learn from this one.”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”

He took my order accurately, made sure everything was just right, and the drinks and food were absolutely delicious. What really stood out was his thoughtful gesture of serving the order directly to my table, which added a personal and welcoming touch. “Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”
