Zero attitude! Not recommended. Waiting for a long time for our coffees and toasties to eat on. Cashier got ready a tray for barista. I could see where I was standing. Barista put two takeout cups on the table and 5 other people were waiting. He didn’t even call for the order and I was waiting for drinks and toasties! Then toasties got ready and they put it on the plate and tray and I could see they are getting cold! They didn’t bother to call out. Not barista nor the cashier guy. Then I saw 2 people ordered after us are getting their drinks and went. I asked if our orders are ready, then barista pointed the 2 drinks on the table. I said it is not for take out. I said eat in. Without any apology, they pour them in the glasses and gave me the tray. I was shocked by their customer service. Never come back here.

We came to this branch of costa on Saturday 25th October 2025 ,my son was doing a challenge to run 103km in memory of his friend who died of MND ,we highlighted this area as a rest stop, I felt we needed to praise your staff as they allowed his sports physio to set up her table to work on the team as it was cold and breezy outside, that bit of warmth as well as coffee was very much appreciated Thank you costa staff

I was told my first transaction had not been successful -£25.35 could I return to the counter I paid again this time (18.40) I queried the difference thinking they had not charged me for everything - but on getting home next day both bills had gone through. Emailed as you cannot speak to anyone anymore only to be told they cannot refund anything it has to be done with manager on shift as I don't live anywhere near Manchester airport, I have to ask my bank. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Good coffee but with very poor staff. Last time they have got my free coffee from the Costa card, ignoring my wish to pay with Vodafone voucher. I have lost the voucher and lost the free coffee, which I have kept for some other occasions.... And no apologies from the person on the till...

I’d like to start this review on a high note because, honestly, the food was absolutely brilliant. Every bite of my breakfast was delicious, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The drinks were just as impressive—refreshing, well-prepared, and definitely top-notch. It’s clear the culinary team knows what they’re doing, and they deserve full credit for that. However, once I finished enjoying my meal, things took a bit of a turn—not with the food or service, but with something far less expected: the bins. After finishing up, I went to dispose of my rubbish, only to find that I physically couldn’t reach the bins. As someone who’s on the shorter side, I genuinely struggled to access them. The design or placement simply isn’t inclusive for people of all heights, and it left me feeling awkward and a bit helpless. I actually had to ask an elderly gentleman nearby if he could throw my waste away for me—which, thankfully, he did very kindly and without hesitation. While this might seem like a small detail to some, it had a noticeable impact on my overall experience. Accessibility matters, even for something as seemingly minor as a bin. It’s a simple fix that could make a big difference for many customers. Had it not been for this issue, I would have happily rated the experience five stars. Great food, great drinks—but please consider more accessible bin options in the future!

Very friendly staff. Efficient and professional. They had to close the shop for a while as the drive through was so busy and they get overwhelmed with workers from the local industrial est at peak time so its a tricky one.

I attended Costa with my daughter at 3pm, there was plenty of parking and lots of seating space inside and out. The staff were very friendly and I was served quickly. The coffee was amazing and there was a good selection of cakes and sandwiches on offer. On the odd occasion, this store will only serve drive through customers. This is usually due to staff shortages, however if this is the case there will be a note on the door explaining this.

I love Costa coffee, and the hot chocolates are good too. Clean, comfortable Costa set out in its usual corporate design and colours close to Manchester airport and next to a BP Pulse electric car charging station. Great selection of drinks and food. Great service with a smile. Comfortable seating. This Costa is only 2.5 miles from airport pick up or drop off, so it's handy for waiting to pick up passengers, family, and friends on flight arrivals. Recommended stop

The ladies at costa were so lovely and accommodating! So cherry in the morning and were so lovely with my 1 year old. They even washed his feeding bottle when asked. They went above and beyond! We ordered some toast ones, porridge, a hot chocolate, coffee & muffin. Everything was delicious. It was clean and cosy inside. Nice and warm too. Toilets were clean. Best costa experience I’ve had!

Been here about 10 times. 5 of these times during opening hours it’s either been fully closed or just the drive thru open. Not great. Can’t blame Covid anymore for the staff issues - 4pm on a busy Saturday - closed!
