   It wasn’t the most luxurious café, but I truly loved the experience. The atmosphere was cosy, the customers were friendly, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Sometimes, the best moments come from simple places with genuine people.

   Love it here! The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It's very clean and the tables are always clear so you don't have to move trays around before you even sit down. Recently, I took one sip of my favourite drink and realised I had gone off it completely and was fully prepared to buy a different drink; I had my card in my hand but they wouldn't let me pay, even though they did nothing wrong! I had only been here a few times when they did this so it's not like I was a regular. getting special treatment. Honestly, It's a great place!

   Had an amazing visit on Sunday, what a lovely team on I was served by Tim and Jack. Very friendly and efficient, we were unsure whether we could take our dog in but the team members were very accommodating.

   It’s a fantastic Costa but time it moved out into a bigger shop on the park like Starbucks! Coffee is cool , very child friendly, toilets , baby seats staff are fantastic! One thing I don’t like is when I just ask for coffee & staff put pressure on you to buy a cake coffee is to expensive every where with extras you can easily spend 20 pounds for two

   The coffee is just weak and tasteless. I had an extra shot and it was still rubbish. I rank national coffee as follows : 1 Nero drink in. 2 Mcdonalds flat white 3 Pret 4 Starbucks 5-9any others 10 Costa

   Horrible customer service. Didn’t get my change had to ask to get it back after the employee already started taking order from a new customer. I got a dirty spoon and when I asked for a new one I was ignored. I asked a different worker and then got it (it was the only nice employee (shout out to my bro Mave) coffee was mid. Too much milk so you barely could taste the coffee. I wanted the new autumn maple coffee-didn’t have, my boyfriend wanted fudge cake frappe- didn’t have. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back. Going Starbucks after to drink something resembling coffee and get better customer service.

   The manageress at this shop is rude and a bully. I'm sharing a photo of the inside of this shop as you are never allowed to sit in the back part, even though there was a big queue. At times she dictates where you can and cannot sit!! She did not like me taking this photo and said that I needed her permission! As I walked away she accused me of swearing at her!! I turned and told her that I do not swear and not to accuse me of such. The coffee she made was so disgusting that I had to leave half of it. We had to have paper cups and bags for our cakes as the dishwasher was apparently broken.

   Came in here as Starbucks was full and had no free seats. Wish I hadn’t bothered really. Slow service. Serving all stay ins in take out cups, presumably so they don’t have to bother cleaning the cups? Seems a waste of cardboard and plastic to do this. Ordered two large hot chocolates with cream, a cake and a toastie. Cake came in a bag instead of on a plate even tho I said we were staying in. No fork also. As already mentioned the hot chocolates came in cardboard cups and then the girl put plastic lids on which just pushed the cream down into the hot chocolate. Also no spoons to eat the cream with, like you get in Starbucks. Overall not a great experience from a costa yet again.
