they did an outstanding job with the order date and got the outfit ready earlier than the due date and within such short notice - Would’ve been a 5 but they were not flexible with the fitting outside their normal operation hours even due to unusual circumstances however other than that I would recommend
Awful customer service, please avoid. Woman working at the shop is very unhelpful and has a disgraceful attitude towards customers. This was my second visit to the store after making a purchase the last time. The woman was rude and dismissive both times and was adamant that the dress I was buying would not fit me. Despite her comments, the dress fit perfectly. Had I not been in a rush, I would have never made the purchase based on her disgusting attitude. Such a shame as their clothes are lovely and were reasonably priced. Owner should train his staff and maybe guide them towards the shower. She smelt like something died under her arms.
extremely poor service for clothes alterations. quality of material is not all great, better to get your clothes off from pakistan. im a very unsatisfied customer. we bought about 30 bridal suits and half of them had to go back for alterations. as we bought over 30 suits, each suit is over £200. if im paying over 6k i shouldnt be going back for alterations. the waiting time is horrific. i dont recommend this shop unless youre willingly wanting to be going back to the shop over and over again until they get your suit correct. its best to buy your suits from pakistan.
2 of us ordered made to measure dresses. The dresses came on time and were perfect. Slight alterations were needed but they were agreed to be done that day with no extra charge. 1 item was missing but the shop agreed to post it out when it arrived. Very happy with the service. Would be happy to order from here again
I recently visited a clothing store for the second time, and my experience was very different from the first. On my previous visit, I bought three dresses, and the man in charge was incredibly accommodating—he not only offered free alterations but also reduced the price from £195 to £150 per dress, which I appreciated. However, this time was a completely different story. A lady at the store told us we would need to pay for alterations upfront, but that the cost would be refunded if we didn't like the dress. Initially, she and the staff were polite and friendly, but things took a turn once we paid for the alterations. The man also took my husband's number for contact purposes but wrote it down incorrectly, causing us to wait for over an hour. When I finally tried on the dress, it fit well, but the man refused to offer any flexibility on the price. To make matters worse, the staff became rude and aggressive when we questioned the situation. They also refused to refund the alteration cost, leaving us with no option but to either accept the dress or leave it behind. While the selection of dresses is definitely nice, the customer service was a huge letdown. It felt like the staff were picking and choosing which customers to treat well, and unfortunately, we weren’t on the receiving end of good service this time. It's disappointing, especially considering the excellent service I received during my first visit. I won't be returning again.
I have been shopping at dhanak for the past few years and my experience has always been excellent. The clothes are very nice with reasonable prices and they are always up to date with the latest designs. Good customer service and the guy working there is very helpful.
I order some of the Clothes for my wife. Quality is better than described. Designs are so beautiful even you can not find in all USA. Must recommend for in store and online shopping.

Absolutely amazing customer services, clothing is also to a high standard with very reasonable prices. Would strongly recommend this shop. You can also order in more than one of a piece you like if ordered well beforehand. Definitely worth going in.
