   last time I called in here was about 3 years ago,and didnt enjoy the visit,I used to go in often in the 70s when my late parents lived a few door away and it was great, today on way back from visiting Moston cemetery me and couple of family members thought we would look in again,and wow what a suprise,it was lovely and friendly Great service,welcoming staff,just really enjoyable,just like it was in the 70s. thank you for making us most welcome

   BEST PUB I HAVE EVER VISITED!!! Says alot coming from me. Loved the friendly atmosphere, great drinks. AMAZING barstaff (especially my girl Kate woop woop!) and the events they put on are brilliant. Bingo Wednesdays!! Would come again a million times over, thank you for such magical experiences!

   A local pub that's all about the community and living up to its standards, been going here for years but it just keeps getting better each time. There is always loads of different events going on (not too pricey either) always something new. Kids bingo is amazing on a Sunday always packed out recently, Wednesday bingo is just full of laughs and the owners and bar staff are a 10/10

   The very first time I visited the Shiredale I was made to feel welcome, the staff were polite and bubbly, and I couldn't wait to come back again. Fun, joyful and comfortable atmosphere. Debbie & John look after everyone and make so many feel like family! Look forward to the reopening and catching up with everyone

   A pleasant atmosphere for a Friday afternoon. There seemed to be a number of regulars at the bar. Carlsburg at £3.00, but regrettably no cask or real ale available. Entertainment at weekends, a typical working persons pub.
