   The disgusting security guard came up to me and demanded I leave the premises for “having attitude” after asking a question. He then started trying to grab me and push me around from my chair when absolutely nothing was done to result in physicality. Absolutely vile that they employ people like this and there was no telling off for him or anything. Will never ever go back to this awful place and if you don’t want to be assaulted then I suggest you don’t either.

   Had the best experience here, me and my best friends had well deserved breakfast hit the spot for sure. If you are in the area and you want good customer service ask for will and Emma. Liam went above and beyond to make sure I got a table and to make sure I was comfortable.

   Went for Saturday breakfast, the value for money is incredible. 3 breakfasts including unlimited coffee only a tad over £18. However eggs Benedict were cold on arrival. But my traditional breakfast was spot on as was the freedom Breakfast. Was a hot day and I am assuming the air con broke down because my god it was warm in there. But the Erdinger was nice and cold. Some other interesting canned craft beers were consumed. I think the glass washer needs a service. And much amusement had watching the police attempt to apprehend a man with one foot in a cast. Ordering on the app is supposed to alleviate pressure on the bar and make it convenient and speedy for us as a customer,however one round took 10 minutes to arrive. Minor gripe. I love Spoons. We wiled away a few hours and will definitely be back.

   The food we had here today was absolutely dreadful. What a waste of £40 should have gone to Nando’s across the road.It’s a rough review but things need to be absolutely inspected at this place. The “Alfredo” pasta looked and tasted dreadful. The steak was probably the best part of the experience but even that was just average. The coke is clear and tastes like water. I know weatherspoons isn’t a 5 star restaurant but nobody could pay me to eat here again.

   Somehow everything tastes better here, although it's a chain - but it's better. Clean, nice big windows, good location. Always full. Lovely but not enough staff.

   Food was cold and took ages to come. Area we sat was very cold, it was close to the door, however, there was nowhere else to sit. There was a draft coming from underneath the windows. Myself and 3 other mature students had planned to stay there to work on our assignments, due to the freezing issue in there we left. We didn’t send the food back as it was too cold to sit and wait for it to be replaced plus we were hungry. I had a word with the lady who was responsible for taking comments and basically intimated it was our fault for sitting by the door! Will give it a go again but will find somewhere warm to sit….shame the 1st time experience was not great.
