   Great customer service and professionalism from sales person Ayaan K. From measurements to finding the suit, shirt, shoes and tie, he was superb. If I’m ever in need of a suit or tuxedo again, I will definitely be coming back to have him help me. Great salesperson in the business plus really nice suits on show!    Have a wide range of suits and accessories with staff being friendly and very helpful, espeacially Imran. Suit is tailored to fit, and then spent 15 minutes in accessories with Nicky & Finley, who found matching shirt, tie, cuff links, shoes, belt and hankerchief. Had almost a dozen suits for our wedding, spread out over 3 months, and every visit was great.

   I have just had the most horrific experience in this place. I am disabled and have major mobility issues. The one star is awarded because they were open. So I went this morning to Slaters as they were recommended. I need a suit for a funeral. I get to the 3rd floor (out of breath and very anxious) a salesman approaches and I explain what I need and also explain about my disabilities, I also explain about my anxiety issues. He goes off to find a suitable jacket and leaves me standing (again i have mobility needs) this is repeated 3 times(although i was very percific about the colour, the 2nd time he brought a completely different colour without explanation). Next although I had explained that I do not like looking at myself in mirrors he was very persistent that I had to stand in front of a full length mirror. Next he showed me to a cubicle where he asked me to wait until he got a pair of trousers. Again I had explained that because of health conditions my right leg is swollen. He subsequently came back with a pair of trousers. Cubicle not suitable for disabled people and curtains would not fully shut. Trousers did not fit because of swollen leg and because of anxiety I had to leave the place. Slaters is not disability friendly, staff are not disability friendly. I am devastated and don't know how mentally I will recover from this absolutely horrific experience.

   Amazing!! Thank you sunny for your time, efforts and expertise. As a woman who wears men’s suits I felt super comfortable in the store. 10/10 If you need a suit just come here so many different colours styles. Shoes cuff links ties! Affordable.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s clear they care about customer service.    We had the absolute best experience with sonny! My husband to be was on edge all day, trying to find the dream suit for the wedding. Sonny put him at ease, measured him up and made sure he was well looked after! Thank you so much sonny, what a pleasure it was!!

   Visited Slaters Birmingham a week ago and bought a new suit. A great store with very helpful and friendly assistants who make you feel at ease. Good advice on matching shirt and tie to compliment suit. Trousers needed some adjustment and exactly one week later have taken delivery of suit duly altered. Have just tried suit, shirt and tie on and I am more than pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

   Excellent service, excellent value for money. Sorted mine and the Grooms wedding party out from fitting, sourcing suits from across the country, alterations, ties, all on multiple occasions, each one was done with great service. Thanks to David and Imran (and gentleman with ponytail who works Saturdays - sorry forgot his name) who were especially helpful.

   Outstanding shop and staff! Went here to get suits for my brothers wedding and Sunny sorted us out. He was very helpful friendly and professional. The quality of suits is very high and the price reasonable to! I would deffo recommend and i shall return!
