1. SMP ★★★☆☆

   In previous years there were better products in this store, a bit more expensive but with better materials, but now all the materials are of the lowest quality. I don't know what it depends on, maybe the market demanded it and that's why they did it this way. I'm not happy about it.

   lots of choice in clothing and home decoe however I forgot it was in the clear air zone, the sign when u enter was hidden behind some leafy trees... I noticed I was in the zone when I exited the carpark, and then had to pay for the clean air tax... not happy about that! I was wondering why this shop was empty... now I know!

   Large store with lots of sale ..but in Birmingham clean air zone ...so have to pay £8 to council.! Which we didn't realise until we were there.

   If this is the standard of retail now it is simply inadequate. We got re directed to the self serve till where we had to scan all of our shopping while a worker stood at a cash till watching us while there were no other customers around. On top of that we were told they charge 10p per hanger and got asked to take them off if we didn't want the hangers so we then had to stand and take the hangers off too again while the worker watched. At this point there's no such thing as customer service if a customer has to serve themselves.

   Service painfully slow on tills, they need to clearly put staff on who can work faster. I'm sure they are fully aware of the same ones who take forever.

   I do not like this shop because my husband ordered a watch for my son and it was click and collect and it said collect it between 14-17 of October. My son was just begging us to go get it. and when we went they said "it is not ready to be collected it usually takes 20 days to collect
