Awful, Poor customer service, Staff have an attitude, Food portions not consistent with other Wetherspoons, And very oily and even cold upon arrival at table, Unfortunately management need a customer service course. And any feedback they are given leads to calls on their devices to security to stand near the table, (Not wise as this can lead to others getting involved that may have a more sinister side to their personality leading to possible violence) How about you listen, Treat your customers with bit more respect, and take feedback from customers on board ? You aren’t the only place that your possible customers can visit for food and drink, Customers are your very business, The difference between a business thriving or going under, so how about you take on board constructive feedback from your customers, and not treat them with contempt when the feedback isn’t what you’d like ? Duty manager on duty on 5/12/25 at around 19.00 is not a credit to your business her exaggerated response to simple feedback regarding the standard of food on offer is incredible, Training is needed as another group may not be so understanding to her over the top response, Shame, but did say we’d review online instead as we weren’t allowed an opinion of our own in the moon under water in Deansgate,

Food is just OK pizzas not bad at all, breakfasts decent. The drinks are great and at very reasonable prices. Its a very large place and it it can get really busy so full credit to the staff fir keeping it going. Its in a very busy area so expect a mixed crowd from thise out for a pint to the pre clubbers.

My friend and I enjoyed breakfast here while attending the Conservative Conference in 2025. The staff were polite and efficient, the food was quick and hit the spot. However, this weatherspoons was a little quiet at the particular time when I went in, which could be viewed in a positive way as I didn't have to wait long for my food. However I do like a little more ambience.

An enormo Spoons with 3 bars over 2 floors. The first bar you come to has the best choice of cask ales if you are not ordering on the app.

Pretty standard Wetherspoons. Food was average at best..What's with those brioche buns on the burgers though, I've never tasted brioche as revolting as the ones Spoons uses absolutely manky! Bar staff were nice and service was quick. But the disabled toilets were disgusting, floor coved in urine, no loo paper and poo on the wall. Who the hell does that and why aren't they cleaned regularly. Won't be back.

I had fond memories of good atmosphere, good food and good service but revisiting after a couple of years things couldn't have been more different. Service was none existent, I literally mean none existent because after 20 minutes waiting, mid week, to order food and a drink I left. I had a choice of being polite and asking to order or hurling abuse to gain attention, being polite didn't work and I declined the latter. There were 2 staff serving and neither were the slightest bit interested in serving myself or the guy stood next to me and one member of staff was far more interested in drinking his coffee at the end of the bar. The tables were also grubby and needed clearing and cleaning I won't ever be returning and future meetings will be held somewhere else.

The Moon Under Water is another great Wetherspoon establishment. Centrally located and easy to find. Same great food and beverage selection. Service was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you're out and about in Manchester!

One of the huge bar in Manchester. Their seating design is appreciative. Good collections of alcohol and the food is so delicious. Happy staffs makes us feel good. The only thing I missed was music.

Busy but lively bar in centre of Manchester on Deansgate. Dinner time and was busy with diners but plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a meal. Service was quick a d staff polite. Really good value £9.95 for a chicken tikka masala and pint of John Smith.
