Took a coat back that didnt fit. Didn't have one in stock but ordered a replacement for me, with free home delivery. Very helpful staff.
Went instore last week for some hiking gear which I didn’t have a clue about, a very friendly and professional lady (sati) gave me all the help I needed. Staff were nice and friendly would definitely recommend.
Rude management, won't be shopping back here again. Avoid, much nicer people and experience going to mountain warehouse Longbridge which is only 10 mins down the road and a much better store. Management always seems to be having disputes with customers at this store.
I recently ordered a jacket online for my daughter and chose to collect it in-store. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was approached by a middle-aged (male) staff member. Instead of assisting with the collection, he began interrogating me asking who ordered the item, who it was for, and even consulting another staff member about the “rules” for collecting parcels. The manner in which this was done made me feel as though I was trying to steal something rather than simply collect an item I had legitimately purchased. This kind of treatment is not only unnecessary but also very discouraging for customers. Experiences like this highlight why so many high street retailers are struggling; poor customer service drives customers away. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure staff are trained to treat customers with courtesy and respect in the future.
Very happy with the experience in store. Found everything we needed for hiking. Dan has been very kind and worked extra mile giving all the information to get the perfect boots, jacket and backpack for us.

Popped in for a warm winter coat for the daughter, found a lovely warm and waterproof coat for £69, added some waterproofing spray, salesman was very polite and knowledgeable, we got a discount of £11 for student so we'll happy and will return...thanks
Visited new store on Sears Shopping, Marshall Lake Road. Good choice of outdoor clothing, including some brands like Animal, as well as own brand.
Impeccable service from Jon in the morning and Dan in the evening. Grateful that Jon has been skiing before so he knew exactly what we needed and as it’s July there was lots of old stock in the back at great prices and he took the time to dig through that for us, thanks Jon! You’re a real asset.
Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Jonathan went over and above to help us find a wet suit. Makes a change to have such good customer service.
