   I popped in this morning to assist my son with an exchange as he had purchased an umbrella for my granddaughters 18th which was unfortunately faulty. Jennifer was on the cash desk.She greeted us and asked how she could help us. She obviously found it difficult, (we are both registered as disabled), having to deal with people with autism and mental health issues. We're unintentionally blunt and often perceived as rude. However, despite this, Jennifer kept her head and gave us a good resolution. There'll be a very happy dry 18 year old student, thanks to your help.

   Very friendly helpful staff. I've just started a monthly walk and talk group. So I needed all the gear for outdoors. Reasonable prices great sale at moment got my 3 year hiking boots for £12.99 bargin. Mine cost me £26.99.
