   Amazing place that has everything you need for baby. Good location with parking right outside the shop. Adam is very kind and professional and helped me get everything I needed for an excellent price. Great value products made from high quality and baby furniture is outstanding at a fraction of the price as compared with other retail outlets who wont deliver even half the service. Very pleased from the moment I walked in, greeted with a smile and first class customer service. Wide range of products to meet all your baby's needs from sleeping, travel essentials to changing/hygiene and lovely designs for baby essentials like bedding, blankets, baby accessories etc. I would definitely recommend.    Ordered and paid for a pram (that was showing available online) and received a confirmation email of my order. After one week I hadn't heard anything about it being dispatched so chased up on their website. I then received an automatic email that I am being refunded, no explanation, I emailed to query what was going on, no response and as of yet I haven't actually received my refund! Not impressed. Customer service seemingly non existent. MDZ Babyland have replied to this saying my bank didn't release the funds. Firstly, I spoke to my bank and they confirmed this was not the case at all, secondly, you did not communicate this to me if you thought you had not received the money, just told me you were refunding me. As you know I called you multiple times, nobody returned my calls, I sent multiple emails, also nobody bothered to respond to those. How can you say you didn't receive the money when you say you returned it one week after ordering (despite it taking much longer for me to get my money back). You never offered me the pram I ordered, this could have been easily resolved. Instead I have gone elsewhere and purchased the pram I needed. No, I won't be ordering from you again.

   We needed a fair few bits for our first baby and the gentleman in the store was extremely helpful. Showing us everything in detail. Great prices. And even have us a free item at the end. Also helped load into the car. So going the extra mile really makes an impact.
