   Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited over 25 minutes in York store new street to collect a parcel. The part of order apparently not delivered!!! Even after the confirmation email to say all order was ready to collect. Explained to manager that I have already paid for a flannels box that apparently hadn’t been delivered. Asked manager if they have boxes in store, manager says yes but I will need to pay another £10 even though I had already paid on line for one. Was also purchasing creed and other items but didn’t bother purchasing after the way I was as treated. Bad management and so poor customer service.

   Very disappointing experience. I visited this store recently and the customer service was extremely poor. The staff were unhelpful, uninterested, and made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. No one seemed willing to assist, and when I did try to ask for help, the attitude was rude and dismissive. For a store selling expensive brands, the level of service is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and won’t be returning.

   Visited the store on Sunday 14th December, store not busy however the male store attendant really could not be bothered to assist us. Too busy flirting with the blonde girl! Will not be visiting again.

   Second visit in the same day to this shop. First time no one on the counter in the bags section to assist with a potentially large purchase (shop wasnt busy). 2nd time our query was met with a clipped response (but she did smile when she did it) and then got back on with her work, which apparently isn't selling bags by the measure of her response. Good quality stuff, crappy customer service.

   Barely anything good in the store expect from the shoes. It's just mainly chav clothing brands like Stone Island in here. I've been in here loads. There is a lot chavs and teenagers in here.

   The customer service in this company is absolutely terrible! Most of the staff have such a terrible attitude! I ordered a shirt online and they sent the wrong one out twice, by the second time when I tried to exchange they had sold out of the original shirt I wanted! I also ordered some shoes which I paid £700 for, they’re faulty so I took them to the store for advice where the staff were so unhelpful ( York ) and said they can’t do anything I have to sort it myself which is ridiculous because it’s the same company wether I order it in store or online. ( I literally just wanted my shoes swapping for some that weren’t damaged) would NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE! INCLUDING ONLINE ORDERING ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

   The most ignorant sales staff, they need to learn from the Leeds store. No greeting on entry, no acknowledgement we were there. Went in to spend a grand on a jacket for a birthday, the women at the front door were more interested in their phones, social media and telling each other about the therapy they had been to. I asked one lady upstairs where we could go to buy a jacket as the people downstairs were not interested. She told us fenwicks maybe so we left and went there to try. On the way out I asked one of the women who the manager was and she replied she was, the ignorant one from earlier. I asked for her name she refused to give it, asked why. I told her it was for a complaint to head office and she still refused to give her name. Just swerve this terrible excuse for a shop. When you spend as much as you do in those stores a little courtesy is required. Back to Leeds where they are happy, polite and chatty.

   Nice store and good service when in store (York) but son bought some Valentino trainers and the spare laces were left out of the box. Would cost more than laces to go back/travel to store so been ringing a few times everyday for past 2 weeks and just rings out till it cuts off. Tried ringing Leeds store as well as online chat told us to do this and that just rings out as well. No one else can help apparently we tried email, social media and on line chat only way is to go back to store or ring. Annoying when spent over £400 in store.
