We just received our first purchase from the White Dress Agency, a pair of hard to find boots from Louboutin in exactly the right size. The shoes arrived in excellent state, exactly as shown in the images. Fiona White was helpful in answering questions before and after the purchase, because for some time it seemed that the package might have been lost during transport. With the tracking information she provided, it could be traced to customs in Frankfurt, where it had been held for several weeks. So if you order from within the EU, a little patience might be necessary. This is absolutely not the shop's fault, the boots were posted on the day of purchase. Thank you!
