Amazing food from Fu Lam especially the salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken. The service was really good and would go again.

Despite the Frozen chips, it was still crispy and hot especially with the curry. Really loved shredded beef and shredded chicken especially the sauce and the service was really good had a good time chatting with the lady.

Most of the visit was overshadowed by kitchen staff chatting loudly, along with the constant beeping and humming of microwaves in the background. For a Saturday evening at tea time, the place was completely empty, and I was the only order, yet I still heard the microwave going several times. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the sauce came microwaved separately in a plastic container. It wasn’t mixed with the chicken, and there were no peppers, onions, carrot or pineapple like you’d normally expect from other takeaways. The battered chicken itself was fine, but with no veg in the sauce I ended up using a jar of Aldi’s own sweet and sour sauce at home. The cashier was polite but looked bored, which isn’t surprising given there were no other customers. The kitchen staff were very loud despite me being the only person there, and it wasn’t as though they were busy cooking multiple meals. I won’t be returning, especially if such a basic dish can’t be made properly. It also seems they don’t serve proper chippy chips, just frozen ones. If you want a decent Chinese locally, I’d suggest Cheungs in Gilroy or The Top One Kitchen on Grange Road.

We had a family meal tonight and all the CHINESE food was superb. Can't comment on chips but why go to a Chinese for Chips! Best Chinese takeaway I've had on the Wirral.

Food was good, did try and make a complaint but the admin never got back to me (regarding to the flavour of the duck), but overall a solid dining experience

Bought a large portion of chips for £3.65. Consisted of a few scoops of deep fried oven chips. Total rip off. Portion was smaller than a portion of chips you'd get from any chip shop on the Wirral and they were not made from fresh potatoes.

Now only selling FROZEN chips due to the increase in the cost of potatoes!

Ordered the beef ginger and spring onions and vermicelli were amazing, the spice just right at the point. And the chips was crispy and not greasy!!
