For anyone planning to visit there, do not bother there is no Jd in King’s heath, I went all the way there and found nothing.
Worst JD I've ever been too, no organisation just real confusion. Waited ages for some trainers only to find they out that they didn't have the size. I won't be coming back to this particular store again.
Not enough staff on duty at any given day. Had to wait ages to be served for an order that we were just collecting. Apparently they couldn't find it, until my daughter told them were the parcel is usually kept when ordering online. So we did their job for them. They need more staff and to train them better in procedure and customer service skills
AVOID Would give 0 stars if I could I had my parcel delivered to the store because it was cheaper for me to collect. Then when I got there I was kept waiting, they took my name and went looking for my package, then came back and gave me a package with my correct first name but with a similar last name to mine and they said this is the only one I have so I was made to believe auto correct may have changed my last name when I was ordering online. Then as I was returning home I opened and realised they had not only given me the wrong item it was someone else's order with all of their banking payment information with mobile number and email address this is a huge breach of personal private information. As soon as I realised I called the store immediately but as it was 15 minutes after closing time they told me that the store is closed and they can’t do anything, so I had to take this persons parcel home and attempt to come back the next day, even though I explained I would have to pay to travel to the store the next day but no one seemed to care and said come back tomorrow. So I payed to come back the next day and had to then say what had happened, and it turns out they did have my parcel they just didn't look for it properly. Then I asked for some compensation for wasting my time and money for having to travel a second day, and most of all giving out orders and their customer’s private information to strangers, but was told they didn't have the authority to give me money back or discount. I am not happy as I thought JD was a trusted store but it seems they do not care for customers or business.
Fraudulently swiped my card twice. Police involved. Manager thought he was he-man then he got slapped. Big nose girl behind the counter is rude, spend ya money somewhere else
