   I ordered this today off uber eats, and I must say by far this is definitely the best Aromatic duck I’ve ever tasted. Seasoned and cooked to perfection and a very large portion. Very generous with free savoury confectionary such as prawn crackers and fortune cookies, everyone loves a fortune cookie, especially this time of year! Thank you so much - also very fast delivery by their own polite courier staff! Genuinely would give a higher rating if I could. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

   Terrible service incomplete order and food cold. They wouldn’t send out the missing items. Asked me to drive there and get it myself. Offered to give me a free item when I next ordered although I don’t have the item I wanted and already paid for it so not really free or any form of resolution. I just took the loss as will not order from here again…

   Ordered a takeaway here via Uber eats where they are called China Garden (Shepperton) for some reason and 2 hours later no sign of a delivery and I'm eating crisps. Apparently the delivery driver was on his way when I called them half an hour ago. Avoid.

   Only positive thing to say is they included free prawn crackers, to list the terrible things would take a while, delivery driver was incompetent lady on the phone was lovely and fully understood me everyone else was difficult to understand and communicate with.

   haven't seen a more fresh vibrant plate of food, all amazingly cooked, nice and soft, fresh crispy where crispy needs to be crispy and soft where needs to be soft, all tastes amazing, plenty on the plate. LEMON CHICKEN, CRISPY CHILLI BEEF, NASI GOREG, CHICKEN CHOP SUEY AND GOURMET APPETISER FOR 2 STARTER, £40 and easily 4 or 5 meals out of all that, great value and amazing food, 10/10 always been my favourite Chinese take away, food is restaurant quality. p.s, forgot the crispy seaweed !

   WORST EXPERIENCE!! Not recommend at all !! I have rarely felt so disrespected! They forgot a dish in my order so I called to inform them. The lady on the line started screaming and insulting me telling me that I am a liar. She used multiple time the F word and B word to insult me. The client service at eastern pearl is the worst you can experience !

   Ordered a set menu meal over the phone and it was great. They were happy to change things out if we wanted. The food was delivered on time and so good! The closest I've got to authentic Chinese in the UK, not too salty and full of flavour. The particular highlights were sweet and sour pork, satay chicken, lemon chicken and beef with mushrooms. 100% recommend.
