   My experience walking in was not the best as no one really came to help me or even ask if I was okay, however there was one member of staff who was working and she helped me and was just so kind towards me. I bought the suede ugg shoes. I can’t remember her name (all I know was that she was white) but she was so lovely, so just because of her I will definitely be coming back again.

   Went here and in Solihull very few options for small sizes 3/4. Asked for 1 shoe if they had a size 4 manager with blonde hair abruptly said only available is what is on display. Was about to see if I could order the size I needed but Walker on who was on the tills found my size and same colour in the back, she checked whereas the manager did not. Walker gave fantastic and professional service not just in finding the shoes but in the whole process.

   I was asked that the staff I was working with, NHS, showed them proof of my phone for discount, and she refused on the phone, but she said must bring proof of the NHS badge and why different other shop can accepted on phone from NHS proof. I never go again. I go different deichmann accepted my phone.

   For shoes is a really good option. Just that bargains ends soon, so sometimes you can’t find the sizes that you are looking for. But are a really good offer because you can buy up to 75% of discount. The shop is clean, and you have enough space to do your shopping. The staff is okay.

   visited store 11/2/23 staff very helpfull we could'nt find shoe size on a pair of shoes my wife wanted to buy .we were going to order them when alan one of the assistants went out of his way to check all the stock and found the right size my wife wanted to buy brilliant service ..    I like the place very very good products, but it's not cheap, it's like you pay for what you want a good product, staff are very nice & helpful & they leave you to look around try things on without pestering you, if you wanted cheaper products go to shoe zone.

   Deichmann, Birmingham...High Street..., Boxing Day ...very disappointing staff! Every window got big advertising with 50 procent off for everything and they charge full price!! They said women shoes and Nike shoes for boys have to pay all price, in this case, £84.I felt It was discrimination against us, I don't know why but I'm not coming there again.

   Great prices and good choice of products. The only let down is the staff who do not seem to care for the customers at all. At Birmingham's high street branch a pair of young employees were walking up the stairs next to each other not leaving enough room for people going downstairs, as if they expected them to disappear. You have to wait forever to get served at the till and a some staff act like they were forced to work there. Of course there are also staff members who do care but they are outnumbered by the ones with an attitude problem.
