Tried to return shoes which were 3 weeks old . Insole was already disintegrating. Unbelievably the assistant refused claiming the shoes were not faulty as the shoe itself was fine !! Just Ridiculous! The insole was part of the shoe. Disgusting and dishonest service . Solihull store refunded with no issues . Don’t shop here
We popped into the store briefly while exploring the German Market without any intention to make a purchase per se. However, we were very pleased with the service we received from the attendant Ema. She was patient, well informed, knowledgeable and able to give insights about the performance of each product and its durability. Well, we ended up walking out with a pair of boots and a cleaning kit. Need I say, I am loving my new pair of boots. Thank you, Ecco and thank you, Ema!
