same happened to me I received the wellies but wanted a smaller size, sent them back as per their instructions via post office. claimed they hadn't received them, no refund! £26 down the drain!!!!
Flashy website that looks professional. I ordered tow pair of shoes. One pair was OK, the other was supposed to be black but was actually navy blue. I followed the return instructions but they have claimed never to have received those shoes back and are refusing to refund me despite me having the proof of postage. You may as well throw your money away.
