I ordered the seafood fried rice, and it was very disappointing. There were only a few pieces of shrimp and squid so little it felt like they were counted. The portion was small, and the food was completely tasteless. Definitely not worth it.

I was visiting the Westfield shopping mall today and thought I would grab some food quickly before heading back out into the miserable cold and rainy weather outside when I came across this big food court area located on the first floor. The big red stall attracted my attention and I quickly went over to check their menu out. It was half eight in the evening and there was a short queue but I was greeted and served after just a few minutes, by this friendly gentleman with a big smile on the till, Aaron. I was then told that it’s not a busy day and hence the short queue and wait (he mentioned that they’re usually really busy in the weekends) I was quite indecisive and was torn between the Chicken fried rice and my usual Chinese takeaway favourite sweet and sour chicken, but Aaron, helped me quickly with some pictures of the meals. And upon finding out that they use their own homemade BBQ chicken in their fried rice and noodles, I quickly decided to give the fried rice a try, and trust me, it was definitely worth it. The BBQ chicken bits gave the fried rice a nice flavour which was very different from meals I’ve had from other places. The portion size was also really good and I had to take some home (probably gonna eat it later for supper!). It is not one of those posh places where you will have to pay for services and ambience. Just bear in mind that this is a food court, so you would have to find your own seat and collect the food from the stall when it’s ready. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in for a nice hearty meal.

This Company never disappoints. The food is always prepared hot and flavorsome. The meal Presentation is lovely. The staff are very attentive and they serve customers quickly. I Love their vibrant red bandanas too. Thank you for our meal!

I had a lovely meal here today. The duck was genuinely delicious and perfectly cooked, and the spring rolls were fresh and full of flavour. Overall food quality was excellent. The only downside was the service. The staff member taking orders was extremely slow, which made the experience less smooth than it should have been. Apart from that, everything else was spot on.

Mrs Chew’s delivers a polished British take on Hong Kong-style fast-casual dining, with noodle soups, roast meats, and rice bowls served in a bright, contemporary space. The outlet was packed during my visit a strong indicator of popularity. Ordering is straightforward: place your selection at the counter, receive a buzzer, and collect when ready. Wait time clocked in at just over 20 minutes, reasonable given the crowd but worth noting if you’re in a rush. Portions are moderate sufficient for a light lunch but leaving room for improvement at the price point. Costs run slightly high compared to authentic counterparts in Asia, though in line with central London and Westfield’s premium positioning. A dependable choice for quick, flavorful Chinese comfort food that stands apart from mainstream chains. Clean, efficient, and satisfying—ideal for shoppers seeking a familiar yet elevated bite. I’ll return when the craving strikes.

Store front stood out and the service was very relaxed and comfortable. Wait time was around 5 mins for duck rice and wonton chilli. I was surprised by the extra portion of chilli oil and chicken soup given. Flavours are very strong keeping to the authentic Chinese style. The duck didn’t have a lot of fat and was very succulent and flavoursome. Portion wise it was fulfilling. The whole meal costed £20, enough for two. The duck was deboned a lot, possibly to suit the vibe. The chilli wonton was very spicy and the filling had a strong prawn taste which was great. Overall would recommend this as lunch.

The food was okay nothing special. We ordered Chicken in black bean sauce which was extremely salty, Sweet n Sour Chicken which was too sweet, they need to get the balance right. I forgot to mention the noodles were bloody rubbery

I always enjoy eating at Westfield food Court. On Thursday I tried Mrs Chew's. The food was so good, one if the best Chinese food I ever had. I ordered Calamari from Appetizers and Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice. The service was great, the team was well engaged. The menu is affordable in general. I’d love to visit it again and try new items from the menu. I'd recommend it as a nice place to eat a quick and delicious Chinese meal.
