   I had dinner at a Happy Villa Chinese takeaway restaurant tonight, kindly treated by a friend, and it was absolutely delicious! The food was very authentic Hong Kong cuisine — fresh ingredients and full of flavour. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed such genuine Hong Kong-style dishes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Cantonese or Chinese food.

   A hidden gem. The taste and texture alone are superior to most Chinese restaurants in HK. The authenticity brought tears to my eyes. The amount of choice is staggering.    The best Chinese meal you can have. Very nice and helpful service. It's a family run business, you have to order your food well in advance as all food is cooked fresh and hence its busy.

   It’s not very often that I leave 5 stars but Happy Villa is certainly worthy of it. Was only passing and saw it was open so chanced it - the food was fresh, really tasty and surprised me on how good it was. Portion sizes were ample and the chicken satay was spot on - not greasy at all like some places and the sauce actually had peanut chucks in it. Would highly recommend you try this place out. They accept card but for a small fee.
