If you're going to use a clay pot to serve your microwaved food on, at least heat up the clay pot first. Otherwise, it just cools down the food because the hot food is just heating up the clay pot. Also it didn't taste very good and the serving size was tiny (not that we minded because we couldn't even finish it).

Dim Sum Lunch good value for the area but the nooodle dish was underwhelming and bland needed some protein and chilli soy etc

Good food but lukewarm service Food was authentic and delicious, met my expectation. Minimal smiles and greetings from staff, but we focused more on the food and chose to overlook that. Staff was though attentive and we didn’t have to wait when we needed something.

Tasty food, especially the beef rice noodles soup is delicious. The dim sum platter is good too. Very close to South Kensington station. Homely feel to Chinese international students at IC and RCM.

Good dim sum options to choose from, including for vegetarians. Portion sizes are decent compared to other London / C-town restaurants and reasonably priced. We didn’t find the servers as aggressive or dismissive as stated in other reviews, just very busy and blunt. We went on a Sunday just after 12 and the restaurant was already very busy, and we sat upstairs. By 12:30 there was already a queue outside waiting for tables.

I’m a big dim sum fan and just wanted a light lunch close to a venue I was visiting. The reviews didn’t put me off as most of the complaints were about service and largely positive on the food. The staff were efficient and let me take my time ordering. My food was brought out promptly and i was happy with each order. The majority of the dim sum menu is Β£3.90 and in Central London that’s a huge bargain. I ordered a beer Β£3.80, a pot of tea Β£1.50, Scallop dumplings, The soup dumplings and the prawn dumplings in chili sauce. My favourite was definitely the scallop and prawn dumplings. Very filling and pretty presentation. The soup dumplings did also have a good amount of soup and everything looked freshly made. I’ll definitely be stopping by again to try more of the menu. They also sell glasses of wine at Β£5.50 which is a good bargain.

the food is delicious as much as the servers are abrupt in giving service. proper service training will definitely help this place blossom better. i enjoyed the food here, kudos to the chef, Jia will not be my first choice if i had another to choose from. giving 3 stars for the food, minus 2 for services rendered.

Delicious authentic chinese food at very low prices! The calamari was less than Β£4. In London!! Amazing! Jasmine tea for Β£1.50! Awesome place to grab lunch! Not open for dinner. Can get busy! I think printing a new menu would help as some dishes are no longer served. But I'd go back any day!

Fantastic food at a reasonable price however the service was rubbish and the waiting staff are rude. They got even more sarcastic and rude when I requested they remove the service charge. Best to order from here as takeaway, that way you won't have to deal with the staff.
