I dined at Dim Sum Terrace inside Harrods, and it was a stunning experience in terms of both food and atmosphere. The dining room is elegant and beautifully designed, which makes the meal feel extra special. At first, I was seated at the table closest to the entrance door, which wasnβt ideal. I asked to be moved, and while the staff seemed a little reluctant, I did get a better tableβwhich made the experience much more comfortable. The food itself was beautifully presented and clearly high-quality. I enjoyed a colorful steamed dim sum platter, a generous baked and fried platter, the classic lotus leaf rice with prawn, and the indulgent black lava custard buns finished with gold leaf. Everything looked gorgeous (very Instagram-worthy!) and tasted fresh, with the custard buns being the standout for me. Drinks were equally elegant, with a refreshing fruit-based mocktail and delicate Jasmine Flower tea that paired nicely with the meal. That said, my bill for one person came to about Β£150 including service, which makes this very much a luxury splurge. While I enjoyed the experience, you can find equally good dim sum in London for a fraction of the price.

Food quality is not that great, but the ambience of the restaurant is awesome. We reach before peak hour so its quiet inside. Its sort of a hidden jem inside Harrods if you are looking for chinese food.

Superb Dimsum on a beautiful Terrace. Tucked away, hidden place in Harrods. You can even Smoke a cigar on the terrace. Lacks Atmosphere, but if you are looking for a quiet place, then itβs a real hidden Gem.

Pricey and food tastes like it was frozen especially the shrimp dim sum. Restaurant was completely empty and I could see why if Iβm honest. Please improve the quality of food if youβd like to justify the price point by a means other than just being in Harrods which in itself isnβt a justification rather a detractor as there are so many better food options within the same building. Just get a chicken sandwich at the rotisserie stall downstairs if you want something to actually taste like how much it costs.
