   I have used the Chinese shop for a while now, at the beginning the food was ok however over the last 4 times I’ve ordered the food has been amazing I think maybe under new management. I will keep ordering from them as like I said the food stands have definitely gone up. A big thank you for all the amazing food you have delivered to me over the last 4 weeks

   I was passing thought the the town as i sell property. I called in for a meal to save time when getting back on m25 m40. Have to say thank you for the staff the food it was tasty hot and good sized portions for my meal and they gave me a extra tray to use a plate and utensils to eat my food. decent price too. next time i am down that end i will be calling in for more food

   We have been using Jade House for many years and have always enjoyed the food, the portion sizes were always generous, enough for two days which made it good value. Unfortunately our recent experience was such a disappointment, so different from what we had come to expect. The food was not as good as it used to be and the portion sizes were not as good either. Then I read on Google reviews that Jade House is under new management, if this is the case then it may explain why they have gone down hill, it certainly has changed its name for some reason so I can only assume that this is true. Such a shame, if it continues on this path I will not be using this establishment again and can’t recommend it to others.

   Well, I’d always loved Jade House and ordered from them for years. Not risking it again - the meal I just ordered was awful. I thought they’d sent me plain boiled rice by accident it was so tasteless, but it did have microscopic bits of egg in it but no flavour. The noodles are usually smoky and delicious but again today they were tasteless. I ordered chicken with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and got…just bamboo shoots and water chestnuts (no chicken), tasting like the tin they came in, with no real sauce or flavour. Even the mini spring rolls were doughy and undercooked. The capital spare ribs were fine but not as nice usual.

   Always used but last 2 times has been awfull over cooked and undercooked on some dishes not happy never one to complain. But it was really really bad. Please use alternative restaurant

   Started ordering here when quality at Chinese Fondue by Wapses Lodge roundabout started going downhill fast. So far, no complaints. Staff are friendly, food is really nice, large portions at a good price, and they nearly always deliver super fast (less than the 45-50 mins they generally quote).

   Arrived Jade House when it was obviously busy without calling ahead. Dispute this my meal was ready quite quickly, good quality and very good value for money, with prawn crackers being thrown in.

   Amazing Chinese! We messed up our order and didn’t specify a time so ended up arriving 2 hours early (our fault completely)! They came back to pick up the order and then did us a completely new order 2 hours later without charge! Was great food too! Would not hesitate to order again! Thank you Jade House ☺️☺️

   Tasty, good portion of Kung Pao chicken with nice egg fried rice for the price just below £10. Card payment accepted but from £15. No many parking spaces in the close area.
