Iβve ordered from here for 15 years couple times a month. Never had a bad batch. Have noticed king prawn balls were bit greasy last month but other than that my family love it. friendly people and quick service

Me and my family have ordered from here since I was a little kid and this place never disappoints they have some of the best Chinese food in London and itβs always piping hot. I would say if you havenβt had food from here try it they are amazing and they always are generous with portions and good value

I ordered the king prawns with mixed vegetables and was very disappointed. The dish had no flavour at all, and the so-called sauce was just water. There was also an overwhelming amount of cabbage that overpowered everything else. I wonβt be ordering this again.

Genuinely awful - microwaved horrible food. Spring rolls were OK, but the chicken in the chicken fried rice was revolting . The only way it could be worse is if it was cold rather than luke warm. I would advise against a trip here.

We ordered through delivaroo and the delivery driver either gave the order to someone else or took it and marked delivered. We called New century and they told us too bad. Β£30 down the drain, don't waste your money.

I HATED this place, I order to my house which is about 20 minutes away, they take 45 minutes and yet donβt arrive. I call them to ask if my food will arrive any time soon. He started insulting me because I asked for my food and then decided to cancel my order without my permission. If I order food itβs because Iβm hungry and they have no right to cancel my order without my permission. I had to ask for a refund and he lied about the delivery being on the way. I will NEVER buy from this place again because they have POOR customer service. The man hung up on me multiple times, saying that I talked to much and now I sit here, hungry and without money as they take days to make a refund and I have no food to eat. This is UNACCEPTABLE behaviour from the customer service and especially if you are a restaurant that sell food. I would recommend to not order from this place unless you want to be scammed from your money AND your food.

These people have a really bad attitude and quite frankly after they hung up the phone on me while I was deciding what I wanted to order I chose to go somewhere else because who knows what he wouldβve done to my food if I continued with my order. I donβt trust them, and last time I went there I ordered my food and they kept looking at me funny whilst they were cooking it. I had already paid for it but I ended up throwing it away.

Terrible service. Terrible person on the other end of the phone. Ordered on Deliveroo for one they didnβt provide tracking. Food didnβt arrive after an hour and on Deliveroo app it said food was delivered when I called the restaurant he kept saying 10minutes for an hour. Spoke to the horrible manager that then continued to shout at me . Donβt get how people with zero to no customer service or human decency have a business. These people donβt deserve 1 star Iβd give it a minus 0 if I could. Now Iβm left with no food or refund . Disgusting establishment and disgusting people.
