   The ownership has changed over, the food isn't the same, it's now poor quality and shop brought ingredients, not cook freshly like before, threw all mine away, wasted £29 Disappointed, would not come back

   THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGEMENT AND THE FOOD IS NOW HIDEOUS! Not the same owners as before! Nothing like it was with the previous owners, the food is no longer fresh and the spring rolls are shop brought and smaller, they cut corners now, the shops changed, it's so sad because I was coming here for years and used to enjoy good quality Chinese food, I saw the previous reviews on how management has changed but couldn't believe it till I saw it, which cost me, wasted near £30, and we threw the food to the foxes. Very disappointed. Will never return again .

   PLASTER FOUND IN FOOD!! I recently ordered a takeaway from Tai Cheong and was extremely disappointed with my experience. While eating the Special Fried Rice & Sweet & Sour Chicken meal, I discovered a foreign object—a used plaster —in my food. This was not only unexpected but also very concerning from a food safety and hygiene perspective. I immediately reached out to the restaurant to inform them of the issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response to address my concerns. As the lady completely dismissed apprehensiveness, saying how it isn’t possible. Given the nature of this incident, I believe it’s important to share this experience so others can be aware and exercise caution. I hope Tai Cheong will take this issue seriously and review their food preparation and quality control processes to prevent this from happening again. Food safety should always be a top priority.

   They need to update themselves. They are still In Stone Age. No one answers phone. Tried to order 200£ order. No answer . They don't deliver either . Thru lost a faithful customer. Poor customer service but nice food. If they take their business seriously they will take over north London
