Ordered over the phone and the customer service was fine. When I came home with the foodβ¦ I wasnβt happy. The squid was so hard and the batter was so greasy and soggy. I couldnβt even it. Then the beef with black bean sauce which I normally enjoy and order was so chewy and tasteless. I wasnβt impressed tonight and after a long week I had to order something else. Disappointed tonight with my order.

Ordered using their online website. Said latest delivery and that time went. Called and they said the driver had already left. 15 minutes later no order and we are only 2 mins away. When it did arrive 20 minutes late and only just warm... Well over an hour on a Tuesday... Missed one dish and the duck had no sauce or cucumber etc. Really poor communication when calling up, will no be going back.

Me & my husband use to live in the area moved away for 6 months and moved back as we deal with our rental properties in this area .We use to love the Chinese from here Iβm not sure what has happened in 6 months but it has lost its taste & potions ridiculous. Shredded beef we could not spot the beef maybe 4/5 pieces and their small twiglets . The quarter duck definitely was just the bone and few hanging pieces .Sweet sour hong king chicken weβre was chicken red source lost in full veg .We was extremely disappointed has the manager or owner changed or the chef this was not enjoyable sorry lost it touch big time .

Dry and burnt smoked shredded chicken! Not a good combination. The egg fried rice was bland, the ribs were more fat than meat. Cutting back on the quantity was bad enoughβ¦.. but the quality of the food I received this time was very, very poor. I did not complain to the restaurant, I just wonβt order from them again. And if anyone asks, I will pass on the truth. Really awful food. What a shame.

Just ordered delivery and very disappointed. I ordered over Β£30 including a quarter duck. Missing was the peking sauce, cucumbers and spring onions. Won't be ordering from there again.

As a Muslim, I don't eat pork. I ordered lamb rice. They gave me pork rice. I started eating it and realised it was pork. It gave me a stomachache and I lost my appetite. I called them up to complain about the pork. If it was an honest mistake, I'd forgive them. They told me that they ran out of lamb and this is what they do when this happens. They substitute it for pork, instead of removing it from their menu. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour. Muslims aren't the only ones who don't eat pork - so many people don't eat it for different reasons. The restaurant didn't even put a note to inform me of the substitute. They then sent over a different fried rice. As someone who used to work in retail, I would apologise profusely if I made a mistake like that. But this restaurant worker simply handed over the new rice and left. The rest of my food went cold and hard by the time I sat down at the table. And I couldn't even finish my food because I felt so sick from the pork. If you have any dietary requirements at all, do not order from here.

Ordered king prawns fried rice, salt and pepper squid and pancake roll. Absolutely disgusting, I had to threw it away. I could do better. Would never go there again. It's cheap for a reason. Waste of money.

My wife ordered from here for the first time, she is fastidious about checking 'scores on the doors' etc...and saw this was 4 stars but we thought we would try it as we really wanted a decent Chinese. We spent a fair amount on the food we ordered (Β£50 +), but we were desperately disappointed with the flavour of all of the dishes we received. This is the first time we have had a Chinese where everything tasted so very bland. The Crabmeat and Sweetcorn soup was watery and flavourless as was just about everything else. A very disappointing experience and we will definitely not be ordering from here again!

For 35 pounds spent, I've never been so hungry after a takeaway. Portions were tiny, chicken was far too sweet and they missed one of our dishes. No prawn crackers were offered too for quite a large order. Definitely left feeling very unsatisfied. Much better placed out there.
