    I ordered duck chow mein and this is what they sent me. Called to complain and the girl was very rude on the phone and also hunged up the phone the first time I called and shouted at me. This will be the very last time I will order from them.

    Ordered speciap fried rice, chicken chow mein, prawn balls and was the nicest chinese i've ever had, not greasy and was full of flavour, this will be my go too from now on, would highly recommend.

    I received such terrible customer service this evening and will not be ordering from this take away again. The food arrived cold and they sent a dish with meat in it when I ordered a vegetarian option. When I contacted them they were dismissive and didn’t want to rectify the problem.

    AVOID!!! We used to order from here quite regularly as the food is ok, quick and cheap. Never again! Recently I walked in and placed an order. The food arrived very quickly. The chicken was chewy and clearly undercooked. A few pieces were soft, like raw chicken and one large piece was still pink in the middle (see photos). We couldn't eat the food and it went in the bin. I rang to explain and politely request that the meal be replaced. The young man who answered the phone was helpful, apologised and said that meal would be replaced. He asked me to hold and then there was a heated conversation which went on for about 5 minutes. An older woman came on the phone and was extremely rude. Called me a liar, told me that the chicken couldn't be undercooked as it is pre-cooked (clearly not these pieces) and that I would have to take the chicken back to the shop. When I asked if we would have the meal replaced if we did that I was told no because it couldn't be undercooked. Feeling sick, lost our appetite and £20 out of pocket. This is no way to treat your "valued" customers. Never again!

    Ordered food from them twice now via Just Eat and I think they'll be our new regular Chinese. Second time we got our order delivered within 16 minutes!!! I kid you not: order confirmed at 17:58, food on our table at 18:14! No idea how they did that! Apart from that incredibly super fast delivery the food was very delicious. Veggies were fresh and every dish tasted really good. Really appreciate how their hongkong sweet and sour isn't only just sweet but equally sour. Their prawn crackers are very tasty too. From the experiences we made I can definitely recommend them.
