This was the first meal I had when I visited London and it started off the trip great! I am not one for asian food but Ping Pong items were absolutely amazing. Service was incredible with constant check ups and update on our food. There was a mistake that occurred but the manager was quick to fix it so no complaints reported! Manager was able to take some time to talk to us about our first trip to London and she was very helpful and kind. I had some pho noodles and dumplings, and while I was skeptic about the dumplings they were absolutely delicious! Great quality for a great price!

We had a great evening here. For a Saturday evening where the Tower Bridge area was crazy busy, the other side of the bridge, was really quiet, which was great! So the restaurant wasn't crazy busy & we weren't rushed. The food was spot on & the service was great too.

Lovely atmosphere, accommodating, polite and very helpful personal. Our waiter kindly explained how the menu ordering slip worked, removed any food allergy related dishes from the menu and respectfully answered any questions we asked about the food and drinks. He also checked up on us and the food during our meal. The food was deliciously fresh and tasty. Perfectly suitable for 3 people sharing several dishes, if you would like to try several things. What the Honey glazed spare ribs and Shanghai chicken noodles lacked in taste the spicy dumpling sauce certainly made up for in spiciness. The Crispy duck spring rolls, Black Pawn and Chicken & cashew nut dumplings were perfect and so were the drinks. Slightly on the pricey side considering the about of food. But they have great deals to be aware of.

This was our first time and we needed some explanation on how the menu works. The waitress was helpful and explained everything but after we ordered I donβt know what happened- our salad, rolls, edamame, ribs came after dim sum. It came out to be very pricey for 3 people - the portions are extremely small. So if you can go back on Sunday - they have a better deal. For us it was one time deal because we were just visiting.

Service is great. But it's quiet during lunch time, not sure about the busy time. Location is good, nice view. Dim sum is not good, definitely not authentic Chinese version. For example, Shanghai Xiaolongbao tastes like reheat from frozen food. It's a shame. Beef soup noodle is not bad but a small portion though.

Decided to enjoy another lazy Sunday here at Ping Pong where you can easily spend a few hours experiencing some fantastic (all you can eat) dim sum. The selection is varied and there is something for everybody and everything was tasty and delicious. The service was also spot on so if you're a fan of dim sum and don't want to spend a small fortune, this is the place to try!

We decided to enjoy the Lazy Sumday at Ping Pong. Β£25 a head with the option to have a bottle of bubbly for a further Β£10, it was a reasonable price considering the amount of food we had! You just tick on the menu what you want and you keep getting more and more. The range of flavours is great and you definitely walk away feeling full! We opted for a selection of pretty much everything available and we couldn't stop enjoying the variety in flavours! A nice jasmine green tea to conclude and we were super happy with our Lazy Sumday! Special thank you to Rosie who was really helpful and served us really quickly and efficiently!

What an excellent experience. Came it for a unlimited dim sum and bottomless booze option. The food is so delicious we did not want to leave. Our waitress Portia, made this whole experience even better with her kindness and attentive service. Really highly recommend! We will be definitely coming back for more food.
