   Honestly, this was one of the very few meals that I found somewhat inedible. While I am a fan of Chinese cuisine, my experience here was disappointing. I have concerns about the food hygiene rating of this establishment, as several aspects of my meal did not seem up to standard.

   Easy access take out restaurant - only cash. The dumpling soup wasn’t very nice (the dumplings were really doughy) the Hei Fun was really nice. Will go back for more

   Been using Sang Lee for years now. Ordered tonight, got the honey roast pork in bbq sauce, opened the container the pork stank! Was well and truly off. Phoned them to complain lady said “thank you I’ll tell the chef”. Well if the chef didn’t realise the pork was off the A&E at Whitechapel will be busy later tonight. Disgusting! I’m done with them now. Only got one star because wouldn’t let me post with none!

   Great service but unfortunately one of the worst Chinese takeaways I’ve ever had. I had to throw away the chow mein and crispy chilli beef they were that bad. Really disappointing!

   Very good price and friendly customer service. This was our first time ordering from here and wont be our last. Great quality food at a lower price than other places in the area. We took a chance ordering here, as there were no reviews since 6 months ago, so wasnt even sure if they were still open! But I was very pleased we did, because we have now found a new favourite. ❤️
