   THEY HAVE GIVEN ME & MY PARTNER SEVERE FOOD POISONING! We also had MULTIPLE short black hairs found in our food. - We have blonde and ginger long hair. Our food was supposed to be delivered in 20-35 mins, but took two hours. There was hardly any meat on the ribs, and chilli beef was more sauce than meat & felt very chewy and raw, we were given hardly any chips, and the lemon chicken was bland and disgusting. To top this off we both have severe food poisoning, to the point my gp is sending me to hospital. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I’m horrified. PLEASE DO NOT GO.

   All The Food Had Basically No Salt. All The Food Was Bland. The Chow Mein, Fried Rice And Chicken Balls. All Had No Salt. Im So Upset. I Also Waited Nearly 2 Hours Aswell. The Black Bean Sauce Was Bad And Bland. DO NOT GET IT. WASTE OF MONEY. STAY AWAY. Waiting For The Boss To Come And Collect The Food And Return My Money Back.

   Would never order from here ever again. Ordered via uber eats and they took so long to make my food that they couldn’t find a uber delivery driver and then tried to blame uber. Worse still , after waiting 2 hrs they went and cancelled my order.

   Honestly, one of the most tasteless meals I’ve had in a while. The beef fried rice was bland and completely lacked salt. The prawn balls and spring roll tasted like they were cooked in oil that hasn’t been changed in years. The sweet and sour sauce was basically water — no flavour at all. I even tried adding my own sugar and salt to fix it, but it was beyond saving. Ordered via Uber Eats, not sure if that made a difference, but either way, seriously disappointing

   Just no! Save your self the money, the bother and the humiliation of ordering and eating from here. You might as well go to another restaurant or check a few cooking vids on YouTube and make some Chinese food yourself at home, it will guaranteed be better than this shop. The food here is horrendous and what is laughable is that they are still in business, many good businesses collapsed during the pandemic, how does this trash of a basket case business remain open!? They cannot even make a basic egg fried rice and they charge extortionately. It is run by Bengalis and as tradition goes, Bengalis just simply cannot provide that quality service (unless it is Indian food).

   I am so disappointed with this place, i ordered 2 beef fried rice snd 2 beef noodles stir fry and 2 portions of ribs. Beleive me there was hardly any beef in fried rice or noodles. Maybe 4 little chewy pieces in each container. Was so shocked as it looked like plain rice and just stir fried noodles. The rice was too soft and very bland. Will not be ordering from this place again. Karwoo is much better as they deliver exactly what it says in the menue with lots of meat.

   Waste of money, food was bland and had no taste really, really disappointed as I was expecting some authentic flavours. The satay chicken and the shredded beef were ok. Not ordering from there again.

   Utterly disappointing. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The food wasn’t great and quite frankly, bland. Save your money.
