    The sweet and sour sauce is way to runny, also their fried rice tastes and smells slightly burn leaving to think they don’t regularly clean their wok!

    Great value Chinese food in Walthamstow! Recommend the mixed starters and hot&sour soup. Chicken wings were disappointing, but everything else we ordered was good or better!

    This is my local takeaway and it has progressively got worse. I order the chicken wings as standard. They have become more and more coated with batter. Such that the battered coating separates from the chicken. This is a gradual change that has krept in. But it illustrates a deterioration in quality. After many frequent visits, I think its time to look elsewhere.

    Cheap(ish) and cash only. Good after a night out. Some dishes don’t hold back either on the grease, which is ideal after a few pints

    I’ve seen a ton of complaining about not getting the right order of one or two items and perhaps putting the sauce on the chicken when it’s suppose to be split etc… but when have you seen a perfect restaurant obviously there is going to be mistakes. Being a regular costumer and seeing people demand a refund for their whole order when they only got one item wrong is beyond ridiculous, though I won’t say much about this anymore. Just realise workers are humans and customers aren’t god. Service is great. I understand getting orders wrong or charging not the right price is irritating but the people there are really nice and I haven’t seen many people complaining about their politeness. Though that’s just my opinion

    Asked for vegetarian hot and sour soup with no meat or fish, to find that it had lumps of chicken floating in it. Don't bother going - we won't be again.

    Moved to St James' Street area recently and tried Chow & Cha just before lockdown and was blown away! Very good value, really tasty dishes packed full of flavour! Generous with the extras too :) Special recommendations for the Crispy Chilli Beef (see pic) - best in town! And the crispy seaweed is A+++ Was sad to see Chow & Cha close for a few months but can safely say (after tonights order) they are BACK with a BANG.... Yum yum yum!     Had ordered the meal via phone, for me and 2 other family members. The delivery was late as the person decided to sit outside for 10-15 minutes which caused our food to go cold. When checking the meal, 2 wrong items were delivered and samosas were added to the meal. Chicken and Crispy noodles were missing and were replaced with chicken chowmein which had vegetation on top to try and hide the out of date smell which came from the food. When eating, the food was sour, uncooked and all 3 of us were unable to eat. This is the worst service my family has ever recieved from any chinese fast food restaurant! Never ordering from here again!!!!
