   Been using them for 35-40 years. Tonight they got my order wrong and when I called to let them know there was no apology or offer to bring the correct food straight away. All they said was if I still wanted what I’d ordered I would need to pay again and wait as they are busy despite paying for food I didn’t order. Appalling service especially as there is so much choice for food delivery available. You just lost a long standing customer, well done.

   5 minutes past 9 on a Sunday evening and they don't deliver??? Rang for a take away delivery and was rudely told they don't deliver now, she just put the phone down on me!!. In a very competitive food industry market, attitude like that will not see a business through. Deliveroo, just eat, Uber eats... come on!

   I'm trying to order my food when a mad woman coming from a back starting insulting and arguing with me. Unfortunately it's not a safe place to people who have food allergies. Discrimination and treatment in this place is awful and will take that future. Unfortunately the woman not able to communicate on a mature level just aggressive and abusive behaviour which I'm not tolerating.

   IMPOSSIBLE to order!! I’ve eaten here before and the food is nice. But why such a struggle to get through to?? Twice now we’ve not been able to actually get through to order. Extremely frustrating.

   I have been ordering from happy house for years and have to say it’s the best local Chinese takeaway. My son is a very picky eater and absolutely loves ordering from here. Quick delivery (they say 45 mins but usually only take about 25-30 mins) … They always try to accommodate my quirky mix’s/food requests (and these can be pretty strange sometimes lol!) and food always arrives fresh & hot. Personally, I would definitely recommend ordering from here. The only downside is the £1 delivery fee compared to the majority of the other local Chinese takeaways who deliver within a certain mile radius for free

   Ordered from here for over 10 years and never had an issue until today. Chicken chow mein was dry and was as if the chicken had been added on top rather than its usual mixture, chicken was dry and no flavour. Rice was hard, cooked hours before served. Pancake rolls are larger than normal but the pastry was soggy rather than the usual crisp. Honestly not sure what has happened tonight, new chef maybe, if that is the case then I am sorry but I shall not be ordering again. I have never minded paying the price (a little more expensive than most Chinese restaurants in Cheshunt) but not for food that is not enjoyable, which I am afraid todays was.

   We love this takeaway. Ingredients are super fresh, not overly oily and the satay sauce is amazing! It's a really great price and all the staff are always so lovely. Looking forward to our next order.

   Ordered for delivery a few times from happy house and I still think its the best local chinese. Really tasty, well cooked good portion size. Love the egg fried rice, prawns and chicken balls. Sometimes can take a while but they are busy so just wait for the excellent food to arrive!
