Bland duck and rice stale prawn crackers crispy chilli beef too chewy they just don’t want customers why would they serve food they probably wouldn’t eat themselves
Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. We ordered special fried rice, crispy chilli beef, salt and pepper chicken and bbq ribs. The combo of the fried rice and the crispy chilli beef was heavenly - it had a good bite to it and the sauce was a sweet, indulgent foil to the savoury rice. Prawns in the rice were big and juicy. Salt and pepper chicken was nice but because it was in our takeaway box for some time it had become a littlle on the soggy side, I think if we had eaten it fresh it would have been amazing too. Ribs were okay, the meat itself was well cooked but sauce could have been a little sweeter/thicker. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed the meal 10/10 wolfed everything down between two of us.
Terrible.. curry tasted like gravy. Chips were frozen supermarket standard. I asked and paid for extra curry sauce on my chips, but unfortunately it was bare minimum.
I ordered green chicken curry and crispy chilli chicken. Hands down the worst of food I have had in London. The smell of the oil from the food was so bad i unfortunately had to dispose the food off. For someone having chinese cuisines for 25 plus year this deserves a 0 rating.
The food is not cooked by a Chinese man which u would expect. Especially thinking he knows his stuff and was brought up around it. But I'm told it's a African Male who cooks. And tho some dishes have been manageable others have been unedable. I love Chinese food very much. And attitude behind the counter is nothing less than...ok then. Phone in hand ignorant. Not for me anymore. New chef.
Great value for money! Very fast delivery and good quality food!! Tasty chicken with cashews, tasty &meaty prawn toast, great crispy chicken noodles, chilli and salt prawns were too spicy and a bit naff, seaweed was ridiculously too salty but everything else was pretty delish, different but nice BBQ sauce. Overall yummy value for money!
Inedible. Pancake rolls not cooked through and only contained bean shoots. Had chicken and beef chow mien hardly any meat in any. Curry sauce like water and no taste. Spare ribs not bad but not what we ordered. Had to throw 90% in the bin waste of money. Used them often before with no complaints but never again money in the bin
The food took an hour to arrive. I ordered squid and chilli beef, both were nice but a little too spicy for my liking. Would order again if a more mild version would be available, as right now I can't really taste anything and my mouth is burning...
According to the gentleman behind the counter they have been around for the last 20-25 years...not the best chinese in London,average waiting time and ok food for a sensible price,also remember that you cannot be too fassy this side of the world as there's not much happening in over a mile radius unless you want to go fishing and do it yourself.
