   I am sorry to write his review but my last 4 experiences with this brach has not been not to the standard it used to be.Mostly I order through delivery service because the standards have dropped with this I decideded to personally pick up my order which was also very disappointing. When ordered I have delivered these are always cold,boxes are damaged and leaked all into the bag as these may not have been stored correctly from the store to delivery address secondly food quality has dropped massively either not enough rice, no veg or things like 3 pieces of crispy chicken and seems like no care has gone into preparing the food. Today I visited the shop and thought my experience would be different however this was no better previously I thought it was the drivers who delivery the goods but also there is an issue in the shop too. I am not sure how hard it can be to prepare food to a high standard when most of the item that are prepared are either pre done and the workers are only frying and adding to sauces. I even saw how the noodles were done from a bowl put noodles into the wok added some spices and fried for 15 secs and into the service area? I'm sure this may be correct and forgive me for this but I'm no expert but it just did not seem correct.todays meal again no flavour rice was sticky ,chips were rubbery and cold. I'm not expecting fine dining experience however spending 15 quid a head x 4 I would be expecting a fairy good standard of meal.

   Avoid eating here as they do not clean their chicken properly. I purchased wings on uber eats and when they arrived the wings were not cleaned and still had bits sticking out of them. They seasoned and cooked the wings but still could not see that there are bits that are still attached to the wing. This is shows that the employees and employer does not care for hygiene and do not care for customers safety.

   I ordered home delivery for the first time from this restaurant. The crispy chicken was crispy and tasty too. Spicy chips were hot too. I found prices reasonable when compared to the quantity. The packaging was very decent. It's worth giving a try.

   Got some spring rolls and noodles with Manchurian chicken, crispy chicken and fries. I did enjoy the taste and the flavours. The portion was great, especially for the amount you pay. Recommend going for your noodle fix here.

   We asked for extra spicy and it was sweet and sour. We dined in and they didn't even serve plates we got flimsy boxes instead, flies were buzzing over our food. Noodles and rice didn't appear fresh maybe it was pre cooked. Never coming to this place again. Avoid at all costs, waste of money.

   Junaid gave me amazing customer service, very quick and helpful got my order ready literally in 5 minutes even though my order was big. Will definitely visit oodles Ilford lane branch. Restaurant overall was very clean and tidy and so was their toilets. Would highly recommend it.

   I took my dad here for dinner and the portion size was reasonable for the price. My dad can't eat food which is too spicy, we told friendly lady this at the till so she kindly helped us pick options which weren't spicy. We chose udon noodles with the manchurian chicken and the crispy battered prawns - it was perfect! Customer service was excellent, food was delicious and they don't charge for eating in the restaurant, so giving 5 stars. Thank you!
