Couldn’t fault, it’s a shame they’re closing. Been a customer for 10 years and will truly miss Sun Rise for its great food and customer service.
Only ended up buying from here because the fish bar was closed. Worst Chinese I have ever had, food was either bland or too salty. Crispy Chilli Chicken was not crispy, chow mein was very greasy, tasted of grease and pepper and had loads of dirty scrapings from the pan. Overall, very expensive for very poor food. Would not recommend, there are much better Chinese takeaways in the area.

Been using Sunrise for nearly 35 years. Always impressed by the food and friendly service.
Prices have risen above inflation for the past two years. As well as that they have reduced the number of king prawns in a curry down from 10 to 8 so a double whammy. Curry doesn't even taste like curry more like casserole. So if you want a casserole consisting of rice, peas, old chewy onions and little else but having to pay highly for it then by all means give it a go!
We have used this takeaway for 18 years, never had a problem, always polite and friendly service, delivery always within time stated, would definitely recommend them.
Food was very poor all you could taste was salt in most of the dishes a wasted more than £40 on food that was mostly left & thrown away I left it out for the foxes but even they turned there noses up at it and left most of it we won't be using this Chinese again,& I certainly would not recommend ordering from here at all,especially as there are several far better alternatives between 5&10 minutes drive away! Best avoided!!!
