Very Rude member of staff in this shop very sarcastic with a big grin on her face telling me to have a nice day sarcastically! Reason a bag had a 50% sticker on went to pay was informed it had been stickered incorrectly due to them being busy and 50% off was the wrong price full price to pay or leave the bag
What a good little shop they have here at Birmingham Airport, its got good items people can buy incase they have forgot to pack things for their trip. We hadn't but we ended up buying a Wooly hat for our trip to Iceland. Saw lots of customers buying large bags to be their hand luggage.
