This is a fantastic independent shoe shop. I have been coming regularly for the last 10 years. It is the only place I can reliably find good shoes for my children’s tricky feet. The experienced fitters take real care, know their stock well (which includes good European brands) and build relationships with their customers. Highly recommended! And particular thanks to Fiona for going above and beyond yesterday!

Hands down the best children’s shoe shop in west-London! We have come here since my eldest’ first shoes and even had a pair delivered to our doorstep during Covid. Very knowledgeable and caring staff, who infallibly manage to measure the children’s feet. They have a great variety of amazing quality shoes. And did I mention the thoughtful selection of toys and presents for an age range from between newborn up to ca. 10 years. 100% recommendate.

This is a lovely shop with lovely things to buy and the shoe selection is good. However I was dissatisfied with the service and left not wanting to go back. There was one assistant with a customer and 2 in the main shop. One replenishing stock and the other at the till. I was left standing for at least 10 minutes at the sign saying please wait and someone will be with you and not one person came in that time. Maybe only one person can do shoes I thought…but no. When other customers came in the others helped with shoes. Even if they could not help; an acknowledgment would have been good. What a shame as I liked the shop and when I did get served the shoes were great and the lady who served me was very good. Hopefully mine was an isolated experience.

Such a brilliant shop with a thoughtful quality selection and such helpful kind staff who know their stuff. I had my 18 month old son properly fitted for his first pair of boots for winter and the shoes have held up so well as my son splashes in puddles and his feet stay dry. The store is also great for gifts and has an incredible selection of Brio train bits which make for a great activity for the little ones while you shop.

I just love so much this little place full of treasures but most importantly the amazing experienced service in buying quality kids shoes. Every shoe since we moved to area 3 years ago is from there and to be honest even though some might be pricey they last and therefore we only have one or two pairs at a time. I can't recommend it highly enough. Plus it's fun for kids which helps.
