   I have never experienced such disgusting customer service as I have in this shop today. After travelling to get some shoes marked as available at this store - I was told on arrival that they didn’t have them in stock. The woman child told me the last pair was on hold. After questioning what that meant and if she could check she was insistent there was none in the store - she said there was no point. She didn’t want to help and her attitude was a disgrace. I asked to speak to a manager who was slightly more polite and said she would look out the back until the first woman approached and told her that the last pair were on hold - for herself! The manager stood in astonishment, had no control over her staff and failed to respond to me when I asked how a pair can be reserved and still show online. I think the first girl intimidated her own manager and was truly one of the rudest people I have ever met. These people should not work in retail nor be allowed to reserve stock for themselves and friends - if they are reserved they should not show as in stock - it’s a waste of customers time travelling to store. Office should address this and give some of their staff some training. I will not return to this store. It’s run by rude children.

   The customer service at the location is disgusting. The lady I dealt with had long hair and she was very rude. I pointed out that the shoes she brought from the back were very dirty at the soles and I requested to get another pair as I wanted to gift them. She proceeded to tell me it wasn't that dirty and it would be the cleanest one I would find. I dealt with this lady previously on another instance and she was just as rude. She needs to be taught customer service skills.

   can’t return items bought online to store apparently, what a joke. Couldn’t exchange either as no sizes were available. Really crap service, needs closing down. First and last time ordering from here, I’ll stick to Schuh next door.

   White middle ages man manager with a stubble type of beard wouldn’t let me return my Offspring order which I made online said ‘We don’t offer that service for 2 years’. I left disappointed travelled all the way to the store to return the item. I had to used a prepaid label service which gets deducted from my refund and I have to speak to head office regarding this matter. Purposely avoiding accountability and actually doing their job.

   Disgusted at the service. Came in to the Birmingham bullring store spoke to a lady at the font on the receipt it says maryam she has long hair. Her attitude was disgusting gave me dirty looks when I asked if they did school shoes. Just said yes and rolled her eyes and pointed to the back. Then I went to the back and checked myself. When u chose the shoes I went to pay and she was told to serve she stamped the recipt saying that she has explained returns policy but she didn’t so obviously isn’t following company rules as she stamped but not explained I can imagine This causing an issue if someone did want to refund something on sale . Not professional at all and I think they should check who it is they hire and next time I’m not shopping here again. Date was Tuesday 26th August 2025 time was 15:45 should management want to check her attitude on camera I was in south Asian attitude with my little sister in a black hoodie and black dress

   I visited Office in Birmingham The Girl who helped me I swear her name was Gemma was very helpful and lovely however Management was rude and not helpful at all considering I spent a large amount on a few pair of Hugz. I think he needs re-training as I will not be re-visiting due to his Attitude.Maybe they should sack him and get Gemma as managment then I will return he was a balding short guy what he lacked in height he gained in Attitude

   There was a lovely girl who served me called Maisha and she had got me multiple shoes that I wanted to try on and was really quick to get them on such a busy Saturday! I ended up getting all three pairs. I will be returning there again.

   Decent shoe selection and a pretty good sale. The only problem is the staff are no very helpful. The lady that served me acted like she did not understand what...I need a bigger size meant. ..and disappeared out the back for a while .... she eventually came back with the shoe I asked for. They fit great so i bought them. They were out at the back for me to pay and no one knew ....it was weird....communication people! Get trained on it!
