   Friendly &Helpful staff, always help you find what you’re looking for , unlike Screwfix , who (although not impolite) are now chained to their clunky and slow electronic only ordering system and don’t know what they sell, Toolstation staff at this Salford branch ,know their catalog and where to find things and have some trades knowledge and useful suggestions- always my Go-To store in Mcr

I keep going and ordering from other branches by mistake. While other stores tell me to call customer service, the people at this store are always helpful. Thank you very much to all of them.    Fantastic store and lovely staff, specifically Ellie and Ste who provided 5 star service and helped me find the right item I needed when they didn’t have what I’d originally planned to get. The only problem is that it’s a little bit cold in store, especially in this freezing weather and people getting unwell at the moment. Otherwise a fantastic store and will definitely return!
