Today we had Chris and Jack attend, they came very early so as not to cause any disruption to the office/staff and were courteous, efficient and thorough. We have also called on them when things go wrong i.e. a radiator not heating and they attend site promptly resolving issues quickly. Highly recommend.”

“I rang Stuart for some advice on an issue with my clutch squeeling he quickly diagnosed the issue and picked my car up the day after from my house as I was unable to come away from work to take the car to him and dropped it back off the day after good as new , he was also very accommodating and respectful of my insurance Blackbox in my car . It needed a little work doing which was done very quickly and on the same day, everything was explained to me in so much detail really made me feel at ease as I have next to no knowledge of cars, the receptionist was so kind and helpful and the owner and mechanic even went the extra mile to help with explaining everything to me in detail and didn’t make me feel stupid when doing so. “When I say this place is the best I cannot thank them enough so I took my car to Audi themselves for a problem with my car just stopping mid driving Audi said they did a diagnostic test and couldn’t find fault then wanted to extort £450 out of me to further test anyway less about them I got recommended by another garage to go here within two days my problem was fixed turned out to be the variable timing or something kept well informed throughout the process and the problem was fixed for £650 where as Audi wanted £3000 upwards without even knowing for sure what the issue was …. Professional Reliable Great value I will be returning in the future thanks Sam ❤️”
